We know the hyphenated WB logo was used between 1935-1937.

According to the sellers, Jack Warner bought the chips when he was living in Beverly Hills. Warner moved into his Beverly Hills Mansion in 1937.

Here is the logo on his poker chip

Note that the poker chip has an elongated hypen and the WB has serifs, matching the March, 1937 logo.

Now anything is possibly but an early 1937 is looking like the date of the chips.
