I didn't see that. I was lucky to get into that parking garage in the back as it was still under construction I believe. They had it open for parking, the gate system and monitors were there. Construction workers told me not to worry about that and just go ahead and park. I can say that I got pretty lucky and didn't have to pay for parking.
