The NGCB chip approval list (May 2021) shows the following approval for a $1 Hard Rock - Lake Tahoe chip:

The MOGH/ChipGuide shows a $1 chip issued in 2015 (pic below from ChipGuide). Description sounds like a reissue, but could be a new chip? Anyone know -- New or Reissue?
