I guess other than

One being from a casino and the other being fantasy
One being over 8" x 12' and the other being standard size
One being denominated at a million with the other being $100
One being from the U.K. And the other being made in China
One having a lunettes and the other not

They are almost twins (assuming we overlook the other stuff).

I guess both Plaques do have the color black in them though which I assume makes them similar.
