Besides all the regular convention activities, i like to spend some time on the casino floor where you will usually find me at the craps table. Even though I am fully vaccinated, I was not thrilled to spend time standing shoulder to shoulder with the unmasked and I went to my backup game, video poker. Playing the bonus version for $1's, I was lucky enough to hit 4 aces twice at the South Point, $400 for each payoff. On the way home at McCarran, I had some time to kill before my flight and played the double bonus version and hit 4 aces again for an 800-1 payoff, but this time I only bet quarters, so $200. BTW ... I did not hit any other 4 of kinds this trip, just the bonus aces. The moral of the story ... stay safe and win big.
