Did they finish repairing Las Vegas Blvd. out front?

I drove the strip, from Mandalay Bay to The Strat on the day before the convention. I was surprised to see how many sections were being repaired, including the one right outside Resorts World.

I felt sorry for the workers in the 110+ degree heat doing those road repairs!
