I'm speaking for myself, not the HOF or other members. I thought I would try to answer a few questions. I take my HOF voting very serious. When trying to figure out who to vote for I consider two main qualifications, Contributions to the club, and contributions to the hobby. The club always gets more points at least in my mind. I would put the two things 60-40. In my opinion there are several deserving members out there and I think it's just a matter of time before most are recognized. As far as I remember we have only inducted 2 deceased members and that was long long ago. Does personalities enter into it? Of course, that's simply human nature. Although it is admirable to try to ignore such things, it's not realistic. I'm always happy to answer any questions I can.
