Can't you explain to eBay that the ivory you listed is in no way related to the current situation in poaching and that these gambling chips are well over 100 years old and showing them some text from Dale's book..?

I see ivory on eBay being listed by well known numismatists who have been in business well over 35 years though, they're listed in their eBay shop.
