Thanks for the response Dennis. I'll be picking up both the NV and "All other US addresses" versions as I collect as many NV chips and non-NV chips so CA will be covered.

I've seen the lighter blue $1 go for $8+ on auctions before and I've heard the dark blue is harder to find / has multiple times the number of more people looking for it on the trade feature over the lighter blue $1 so figured it would be worth more.

Any cali collectors aware of a price estimate? Given the lower market activity I know it's hit or miss but any guesstimates would be appreciated.
