Mostly a slack demand issue, IMO, though I may be wrong.
When Steve C. produced a number of these various 12-piece themed chips (many of them numbered), I bought the 2-per-person deal he offered at the time. So having a numbered set is normal, not unusual.
These LE's were hot for a while, but most have cooled off. (The Main St. Station "Mucha" series, and to some extent, the "Fremont St. Experience" series have held up a bit better. Steve's 12-piece Pioneer series is still a fun historical one, but it, too, has cooled off.)
Maybe market this set as face-value/free shipping if you're looking to get most of your original cost back ... but just my opinion, again. It's 50/50 that it might sell at that price point. Also market the "Endangered Species" theme in your title. (Great pics featured on the chips, but endangered animals & gambling don't really have anything in common!?)
On a more optimistic note, I looked at your website, and you do have some nice AC pieces. Those original Resorts International $5 rack & $5 Baccarat chips are always good ones to promote!
Good luck, and hope to see you at the show.
