Spragg updates it as bids received, unless they are proxy bids that become active when the lot comes up at the auction.

Also, on the first day of the convention, the amounts will be posted on a white-board at the Auction Table. They take bids all day (Thursday) on the show floor too. The auction chips will be available at that table to look at, in case you want to check the condition of a chip (but the catalog is pretty accurate).
