Though coinage and Ivory was very common, recent study has shown us that Mother-of-Pearl; cabinetry contained, and sets of from 2,000 to 5,000 pieces weren't uncommon and even controlled (numbered) with up to three series on a complete set... most of which originating from France, and shipped as far south into Mexico and beyond.

Some of that stuff (other than what we know of) has got to be resting with the families of those involved and, from what we have seen thus far, they were all $ monetary unit and well into Mexico as well...
