The room block that we had reserved for our convention had a deadline of May 22. South Point has a high demand for rooms as the Bowling Tournaments have pushed their room occupancy to the limit. You can try and call South Point and speaker to a manager. You can mention that the Virus made you hesitate on deciding to come to the convention this year and that you changed your mind. Check the rates as well as they have some specials not published.

There were many notices given along the way to book rooms for our convention. Rooms could have been reserved in the last 4 months.

I'm sorry you got shut out but there is nothing I can do at this time.
