Here's the problem with this story.
The Park Place 100 in question was the casinos 1st issued 100. If there was a problem with this rack of chips the casino would simply use their back up set or as you call it their secondary set, before a new rack can be ordered and delivered. So, why would the casino then call Paulson and ask them to provide painted on inserts chips (in a rush) that were identical to the problem rack that they just removed. No logic to that and thus the story falls apart right there!
