Or the Paiute would have to pay into some reserve fund the value of the "missing" chips which could be quite a lot - money they will never see again. I suspect that the Chinese tariff comes into play somehow into this mess. The tribe likely said that as a sovereign nation, they don't have to pay the tariff. Either that or Kentucky Derby "winner" Medina Spirit ate those chips!
