I do it all the time and, though the seller immediately refunds excess shipping charges, there will.be a reminder to not do it again.... Why, I do not know but, the seller is usually up on it.

Just did it in eBay.es... Paid €20,00 for shipping 3x for three chips and PayPal shows the blow-for-blow action.
