Every time I came into the query facility, it would default to the Chips-All item. Refreshing or choosing the "blank" entry at the top didn't "take". I had to go into my Firefox options, go to the manage data area, and remove the mogh entry. After that, and closing the tab and reopening it, it defaults to blank, and I can now see the chip order cards. Thanks, everyone, for the assist.
