In several articles on Ecommercebytes there are reports that there are serious problems with the new mailing rate on eBay. First of all it's restricted to only certain categories supposedly, like trading cards. Secondly, the tracking is NOT provided by the post office, it's from a third party and reports are that the envelopes are NOT being scanned/tracked all that well. And lastly, the post offices in many parts of the country don't know anything about the new rate and are charging recipients postage due on package rates.
