Some categories on ebay are already restricted to this scheme, and I have received more then one notification on my paypal account as to the upcoming action, but the last one that I received before this one, indicated that I had until the end of the yeae.

So, either this year is ending sooner then what we all thought, or else, ebay got really greedy early!
