I guess my question is more of a, "how big is this hobby, and is it even a consideration to casinos?" I should have known with all the commemorative chips, but seeing a chip manufacturer acknowledge was surprising. Do casinos consider chips a profit center? And do they pay usage rights to, for example, bands when they put them on a chip? I'm sure these are dumb questions, but I find the casino industry fascinating.
