Ballys is buying the Trop for $308 million plus $10.5 million in annual rent. Sounds cheap to me. And I thought it was recently renovated a few years ago. But they are saying it is up for a redo again. We know that they can't rebrand it to Ballys since Caesars still has the rights to that name in Las Vegas.
