No idea what “the grid” means nor how the fraudster found an all black Showboat $100 chip - assuming that’s why they had to paint the spots. If not, what is the base chip? I can’t find anything that would say “Showboat $100” in the mold.

Thank you for providing the dissection photos, is the silver label on the left and white inlay on the right two separate pieces? If so, what’s the bottom silver piece? Is that stock or something the fraudster made?

Just a curious bystander here. Any more info would be appreciated as this things got my gears turning.
