seems to me paypal has made changes and I too could not pay with paypal on my desk top computer. Had to use my ipad to pay and all of a sudden it straightened itself out. Now I can pay with desktop. But there are other changes. I have to sign in to ebay every time go into my ebay or to check tracking on an item in my email, I have to sign in. This change is very annoying. Ron Bayne
