We took a trip to Utah a few years ago and since I didn't have any comp rooms in Vegas, plus the fact that it meant less travelling to the national parks the next day, we stayed at Virgin River over night. Obviously not a luxury hotel but definitely the best $27 a night place I have stayed at in a very long time. Nice little cafe there if I remember correctly. It was one of those out of the way places that are just happy to see you which is so different from the big casinos.
