At the time, a trailer was traveling across the USA to different Harrahs casino with Elvis memorabila.
I was a Platinum member then, and got the Elvis Total Rewards card, and I think I had to earn enough tier points to get a set.

Also two different sets were issued. The brass colored one was earned, and the silver colored one was given to high rollers.
