Jesus has my chips? Dammit!

Maybe you can’t sue shrouds, but you could sue an estate. I don’t see this as being any more difficult than putting a lien on a property or holding title to a vehicle (other than the fact that it’s a tiny object that could disappear during one’s final days when one’s wretched children are descending like crows and pillaging the remains of an estate).

Yes, there’s risk, but I feel those can be reasonably mitigated.
