I have/had three chipper friends whom I called the big three of Dentistry: Paul Bender, Allan Myers and Kenny Craig. It’s sad that I won’t be able to see any at the convention.

I believe Allan is enjoying retirement in Kentucky while Kenny is his loveable curmudgeonly self in sunny Oceanside, CA.
