Goldfinger, as the scene is definitely in the Miami area (Opa Locka to be exact) and that Sunoco sign with arrows dates to the late 1950's or early 1960's. Sunoco changed its signage several times since then. Of course the cars are 1950's-early 60's as well.

Opa-Locka should not be confused with Oompa-Loompas from Willie Wonka tales, although I wonder . . . is that where their name originated?
