Trademaker is the feature you want to use. It's on the lower left of the navigation bar (see pic). Now, if you don't want to compare your lists with others, and just want to see other people's lists directly (wants, traders, collections), you can use the ChipGuide Query Facility (upper left) and select the other member's list from the drop-down box below the main selection window.

I know Trademaker requires that you have a chipguide account (which requires CCA membership), and I think the query facility does as well.
