Pick one city with a history of gaming; licensed or not, and possibly in conjunction with a coin club or some other type collectors club or even a casino and display the chips and things from the casinos/clubs that operated in that city.

Miami and environs sounds like a good idea... as does Atlantic City, Biloxi, Chicago and so on.
