The chip alone sells for around $40, it was one of the scarcer ones, I believe 1000 made.
From what I'm told on the Trekkie forums, only 100 of the plaques were made and they were gone within minutes.
I remember Steve Palumbo, who was a big fan, going to a Trekkie convention to look for one and they wanted $300+.
