I've been told before that only chips are supposed to be allowed in ChipGuide for non-casinos, such as Harley Davidson locations, restaurants, golf courses, strip clubs, etc.

Following that guideline would mean that these cards for a non-casino arcade are not eligible for entry. As usual, I retain the right to be wrong.
