I think the Purple hearts sound like a nice collection idea.

I had some plates, special issues, but didn't keep up. It took forever to find someone interested in them, even though they were Limited Edition one issue.

I paid to replace this one. I wonder when they will stop people for missing details? The plates on some cars are nearly blank. Bad choice of construction or something on the surface? I painted over some of the letters to make them complete.
