ARTICLE TWO: PLACE OF BUSINESS
The principal place of business of this organization shall be listed as 5466 Jacobs Field St., Las Vegas, NV 89148.
Shouldn't the club have a permanent address, not just the home address of the vice-president? Will there be another constitutional amendment each time a new vice-president is elected?
