I bought one for $20-$25 range, but that was about 10 years ago.
Today, more like $40-$50, IMO, or perhaps more, depending on competitive bidding. Shipping amount is reasonable, assuming well packed, etc.

It does have the blue rectangle cut out below name. Used to say "A Hughes Hotel" at one time. I've seen others with this modification. Could probably be disguised with matching dark blue paint on reverse, if you chose to do so.

It's a popular sign from a collectible casino of the past.
