Mine started doing that too and my packing lists from Paypal are landscape and bigger than the page. Drives me nuts.

Now I print to a file, which actually opens a PDF on the screen. This might be more complicated than you want, but then I copy that, open in Irfanview and paste the image in the corner of the label sheet as I use 8 1/2 x 11 sheets, with four labels on each. I have to pick which label I am printing.

Also I think when it was working, without the dance, I had it set to label printer, so that eBay thought the image was 4x6 the label size. Problem with that is, it always prints in the upper left corner.

Look at the printer setting and see if you have it set for label printer or a standard printer?
