When exactly or whomever was involved in whatever region other than Europe, I do not recall.... but Carlos.did ask that question here with using the term Global... and it could have easilly been after what you mentioned which does not change the fact that the term Global came from Carlos and, my only point in mentioning it was because of how instrumental Carlos was in getting the folks from Spain, Germany and France and... to begin contributing and how that region of the World became to be what it is now on ChipGuide....
