Very interesting, John. Since I specialize in visiting casinos in places no one in their right mind would visit (Liechtenstein, San Marino, Rwanda, Senegal, for starters), I certainly would have taken note of a casino in Indonesia. As far back as I have had world casino lists, that one has never been on it. Remember the casinos of the world books from the 1980’s and 90’s? There were a few editions of that issued.
