But yes, I have a couple of favorite sellers who also recognize me. One guy sells a lot of tokens - many scratched up but he seems to rotate his stock a bit. I make a point of looking through them and try to pick out at least a couple (that's where the $2.50 Indiana and most of the Las Vegas tokens were from). And, I do not "bargain" with his $3 a token price. Seems fair enough and, yes, I recognize he has to make some money too, to pay for his stall and hopefully bring home some bucks for his family. There was another man in Pasadena who used to bring a few chips for my viewing. Alas, the City College flea market is on hold until the Coronavirus floats away.
