#18 - Langworthy. See CG156720. Mold is considered a "Plain" mold, per that ChipGuide listing.

#19 - TC'S John Huxley. See CG181590. Mold is "4x3 Rectl (Denom)"

Also, on #7 -- (C with suits)
I didn't see that mold on the ChipGuide... but it is listed in the Herz book as "C-PIPS". Mold #27 / page 19 in Herz. I seem to recall that the "C" on that chip had an association (made by?) Caro, but I may be mistaken on that.
