is that MANY of the members that are raising and/or discussing these issues are members that have been heavily involved with this club for many, MANY years and are members that I have great respect for. Whether I agree or disagree with their opinions, it is important enough to them to question means & methods for what they believe is the protection and/or betterment of the club. We had, for so many years, a protector & guardian of the club -- Eric Rosenblum. I served on the CCGTCC BoD for six years with some fantastic club members -- Eric was certainly one of them. Whenever an instance arose that would concern or jeopardize the not-for-profit status that he worked so hard to attain for the club or something that involved the club's constitution, Eric would make sure that the club's best interests were served. Sadly, Eric passed away, so any concerns from long-time club members -- especially those that have served the club as an officer and are aware of policies & procedures -- in my opinion, need to be listened to and addressed. These long-time members formed the foundation & became the strength of this club AND this hobby. They have earned the right to be listened to...once again, in my opinion.
