I just saw your ad on craigslist. You mention that the club was open from 1948-1949, but these chips (per TCR) are from 1955. The only Nevada "Town XXXX" casino that was open during 1948-49 was Town House (1932-1955). Again, my info is from TCR, not my own research. If you're only interested in selling, but someone else wants to trade for them, let me know and maybe we can work out a 3-way exchange (you get money, they get your chip, I get another chip I want). Seems simple enough, right? Especially since you and I are in the same town.
