There is a bit more to this, I watch these all the time. These are small bars in WV. You buy in for $500 and get about $20-40 in quarters from the bar. The chips that drop are worth $100 or $50 payoff or whatever the value on the chip and there are often rolls of bills as well. The BC you see are put into a contest to win prizes. Lookup on youtube a guy named Josh Bartley who does these videos as he explains them.
