Given that like 80% of our membership is over 65 I think that anyone attending who wants a vaccination should have one by the end of June. I am really hoping that Biden gets his wish and 100 million doses are give in the first 100 days. That means that at least 150 million will be given by convention time. Approximately 25% of the population will have been vaccinated. I know that is not good enough for total herd immunity but it will be a great start. And remember if you get the vaccine you stand only a 1 in 20 chance of getting Covid and if you do get it it may be a mild case since you should still have some immunity from the vaccine. Cindy and I will be getting our shots ASAP and plan on attending.
