Dear Q. We were blessed to get the first shot of Moderma this morning. It was a very efficient and quick process. We registered on line and submitted our data last week. We were truly blessed to be picked so soon. Arrived in our automobile at the appointed time, had all my paperwork filled out in advance, and was greeted by a very friendly nurse who had 40 years nursing experience and was there as a volunteer. The shot was painless and her words were comforting. By filing out forms on line, we were able to get vaccinated, early morning, and given our CDC shot record all filled out as proof that will be needed later for any travel we might plan in the immediate future. Also, the date for the second shot was set, and we will be back to complete the follow-up procedure. Here's praying everyone can get the vaccine soon, and we can get back to routine occurrences in our lives.
