() Does he collect more than ivory chips? Pretty sure he has no idea of the value of crest and seals. I doubt he familiar with Nevada chips or illegals.
Even regarding ivory’s, kenny and I have sold him many chips. I think I got one chip from him. He is really not a finder of ivories, more a buyer of ivories.
