I use a Starbucks coffee cup sleeve
I use a normal business envelope
I piece of 8 1/2 x 11 paper folded
Tape the sleeve with the chip in the middle of the folded paper so the rollers on top and bottom do not touch the rollers

Over 1,000 chips mailed and no issues
