Have you ever heard of the Club Harlem? The club that was located in Reno? I'm sure many people don't know about it, especially those that are newer to collecting chips and haven't had a chance to explore older clubs and casinos themselves. Today we talk about the Club Harlem, a club that originally opened as a bar and would re-open with a gaming license in what was known as the "skid row" of Reno at the time. It was open from the years of 1948-1986, rough times in the country made unfortunate things happen there and around the area but that didn't stop them. Very known artists performed there and made times glorious when they were there. Now a days the chips and all things from there are highly collectible and worth some good money.
