Yes Archie I feel the same pain. When I moved from one office to another, only the specific business name would be forwarded. I could file for each company name if there were specific variations. Personal names could not be forwarded, only business mail? Who knows what I didn't get, and the new building owner was a jackass, who just threw my mail away. No way for me to notify customers who hadn't noted the change of address.

Someone needs to come in and run our post office like a business. Maybe make some unpopular changes along the way.

Dropping Saturday delivery could (except for the union?) reduce the delivery workforce up to 17%. In situations where there isn't a utility person to deliver, dropping Saturday would reduce or eliminate overtime, time and a half, double time and triple pay. There's also an issue which maybe isn't a bad thing, but the USPS had to pre-fund medical benefits for 75 years in advance. Highly unusual.
