I found online over many years of searching the internet for them. A few I got from Janice O'Neal and Sandi Steffner. Jim told me that they got their names from the manufacturers as well, so I believe all are from the manufacturers.

By the way, I still don't have my magazine yet (New York mail has been very slow this year), so I haven't seen how the article came out.
